Providing a great service to our clients is our top priority. In the event that you did not receive the balloons that you ordered, we will take prompt action to correct the situation. We will need to be notified within 2 hours of the delivery. You may contact us by emailing us at info@wrightcustomcakes.com. We require that a photo of the balloons and the order number be included in the email to receive any sort of replacement or refund.

Severe Weather & Outdoor Setups

We love outdoor installations, but please be advised, the sun will impact the longevity of the balloons. Direct heat can cause them to expand, shrink, or change texture. When latex balloons are exposed to oxygen and UV rays, they undergo a natural process called oxidization. Within a few hours, shiny balloons will take on a soft, matte, or 'velvet' finish. This looks beautiful and trendy, but if you are expecting high-shine gloss, an outdoor setting will alter that quickly.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery time. For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance but more than 24 hours prior, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.

Additionally, the refund will exclude the cost of any products already created. This also includes any special orders or custom requests, as well as costs incurred for ordering materials, associated shipping fees, or other charges necessary to prepare for the delivery or event you are canceling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time are non-refundable.
